H&M loves HAIM loves music! #Osheaga

One
of the most popular summer music festivals is starting today, and Montreal is
ready for it! Osheaga is the perfect indicator that it’s the middle of summer,
and we need to party. Having grown to reach the status of world famous music
festivals, Osheaga brings together big-name artists, music fans, and the
hippest people in town. Food trucks, art shows, and, of course, t-shirt stands…
Osheaga has it all!

To
kick off Osheaga weekend, the band HAIM (one of my faves this year) hosted a
dj-set at the H&M on Sainte-Catherine street. It could not have been a more
perfect collaboration. H&M’s style screams music fest: crop tops, short
shorts, flower crown headbands, and endless prints. The girls from HAIM were
happy to spin summertime tunes for a crowd of very happy bloggers and other
media personalities. Their upbeat presence was most definitely infatuating!
And
of course, what’s an event without good food? Montreal’s own Grumman ’78 was
serving up their delicious tacos and drinks. Their food truck will be one of
the many present at the festival this weekend.
The girls
from HAIM ended their set with the ultimate summer hit, a tribute to their west
coast roots: California by Tupac. Very nice.
